This Policy governs our information-handling practices as applicable to those visiting our website, www.sequitor.se (collectively, the “Data Subjects”).

For the time being, we collect a very limited amount of Personal Information, as defined and described below. As we expand our business activities, our website will include additional features and this Policy will be amended as and when required.

The only Personal Information currently collected by us via our website is name and e-mail address provided when using the contact form on the website.

The contact form functionality is provided by Webflow Inc. (”Webflow”).

When you use the contact form feature on the website, we will via Webflow receive your name and e-mail address, as well as any message you have chosen to include on the contact form.

The transmission of your message, name and e-mail address is made via servers that are operated by Webflow and that may be located in North America or elsewhere.

We will then respond separately to your message, without involvement of Webflow.

According to some data protection laws, the transmission described above may be considered as data transfer and processing of Personal Information. If so, Webflow acts as ”data processor” in relation to Sequitor.

4.  Purposes of processing

Under some data protection laws, we are required to notify you about our purposes of processing your Personal Information, as well as the legal basis for such processing.

As described above, the sole purpose of the processing is to enable us to contact you and respond to any message you have chosen to send to us via our website. We regard your use of the contact form feature on our website as consent to the processing of your Personal Information as described in this Policy.
